1. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Subscription and Billing
OMRDesk operates on a subscription model. Billing occurs automatically based on the tier you select. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the OMRDesk services. This includes:
- Attempting to reverse engineer the scanning algorithms.
- Uploading content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
- Using the platform to conduct unauthorized mass scanning for third parties outside your registered institute.
4. Limitation of Liability
OMRDesk is provided "as is" without any warranties. In no event shall OMRDesk or its directors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
