1. Information We Collect

When you register for an OMRDesk account, we collect basic information such as your name, email address, and institute details. When processing exams, we temporarily process images of answer sheets to generate analytical data.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is strictly used to provide OMRDesk services. This includes:

  • Authenticating your account and managing billing.
  • Processing OMR sheets and generating result analytics.
  • Improving the accuracy of our computer vision models (anonymized data only).

3. Data Security & Retention

We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for all data at rest and TLS for data in transit. Original images of scanned sheets are deleted after 30 days unless you explicitly opt to store them in your archive.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or student data to others. We may use third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting) to help us operate our business, subject to strict confidentiality agreements.
